Cocoabeans made in-house burger buns are delicious! Just like most things gluten-free they are best when fresh and keep amazing frozen.
To freshen up your buns - thaw at room temperature or in a microwave. Once thawed grill them on the bbq with butter substitute or place them in a microwave for 15-20 seconds.
Our burger buns may still crumble - until we figure out a better recipe - this is the nature of gluten-free buns without preservatives or chemicals.

Best stored sliced in your freezer - take out only as much as you need for the day. Can be toasted or warmed in the microwave for 10-15 seconds.
